76SR008 Sunbeam Rapier MkIII Velvet Green/sage Green

Modelled on the Sunbeam Rapier produced by the Rootes Group between 1955 and 1976, our Oxford 1:76 scale model is based on the two door Series III which was introduced in 1959. Improvements over its predecessors included modified side grilles, a re-styled number plate recess on the boot and a revised side flash with the Rapier logo towards the rear. Windscreen pillars were finer, increasing the windscreen area while inside, the seats and control panels were also upgraded.  Our 1:76 scale model appears featuring these refinements in another of the Rapier’s authentic bright two-tone colour schemes with a deep green body and pale green  masked roof, side flash and wheel inserts.  The interior seating is moulded in a soft muted green. The car is registered BYX 275.
