Peters Spares PS94 Replacement Hornby S2290 11T Brass Ringfield Gear
Remove all gears near to the central gear. Place the PS94 on a vice or similar object with the gear wider hole facing up, get the motor and place the armature shaft into it and tap down. Once partially on open the vice to the shaft thickness and place the teeth each side and gently tap the shaft down leaving 1mm play.
