LX186 New Timber Barrow Crossing/Foot Crossing Kit Model Kit

The perfect kit for creating a barrow crossing or foot crossing on your layout that has been assembled using brand new railway sleepers or timbers. Manufactured from the highest quality basswood. The timbers in this kit are pristine, giving you a blank canvas to work with. Ideal for crossings on both period and modern image layouts. To install, simply cut the sleeper strips into the lengths required using a sharp craft knife. As the sleepers are supplied in strips you can easily create the perfect barrow crossing to suit your layout by simply trimming them to length as required .Paint or weather with your chosen shades (real wood stains can be used on these) then glue into place on your track, then apply ballast, weeds and grass around the crossing as required. The picture shows the kit unpainted.
