This twin pack brings together three icons of Ford’s rallying past: the hardworking Mk1 Transit, a faithful flat-bed trailer, and the Escort Mk1 in full Ford Motorsport colours.
It’s a small tribute to the way rallies really worked in the ’70s and early ’80s – the glamour on stage backed up by the grit and graft of support vans and tow rigs.
The Transit is finished in classic blue and white, complete with roof rack and period detailing. Behind it sits a sturdy twin-axle trailer carrying the Escort Mk1, presented with bold factory graphics and all the attitude that made the real car a fan favourite.
On track, the Escort offers lively, agile handling, while the Transit and trailer add a fun, unusual challenge to your layout.
